You schedule the program using "Windows Task Scheduler,and it will automatically open to the correct day.
Create a new folder in "My Documents" to download to before you download zip file.
"My Documents" is a good place for downloads, because it is easy to find later.

When prompted, click "save" to download the file to your PC.
Unzip or extract the downloaded file in/to the same folder you created.
Click on the "Readme" file for instructions after unzipping files.
