Soul Winning in Sunday School

1. The worth of a soul:

Take advantage of open doors.

Example: 20 children saved is 20 open doors.

The earlier you get the gospel to them, the more potential they have for Christ.

2. Prospects:

Find them, win them, and develop them. The Holy Spirit is your partner.

Be soul conscious

3. Absenteeism, What is the result?

It will do great and eternal harm!

The one in the leadership role needs to realize that and reach out to that person with great concern.

Be a "Handshake and Hello" person.

At the beginning of the class station yourself at the door to greet your pupils with a friendly "hello" and handshake. Call them by name.

Take some time to make enrollment in "your class"  special. Your student needs to feel that they are part of something important.

— Let the students help pick a name for their class for this quarter.

— Plan a theme around their class name.

— Work to enroll all prospects in your class.

—Be excited about new class members.

Hello, My name is...

FIRST- Practice saying, "Hello ,my name is_______ . What is your name?"

SECOND - Call them by their name. "_________ it’s a pleasure to meet you."

THIRD - Use their name at least once in the conversation that follows. This will help you remember.

Because...

Friends know each other by name.
